Terms: All Food orders are non refundable. CMN is not responsible for loss, damage and/or other & waives liability associated with Deliveries, Food Orders, Etc.

Policy: SitNGet Delivery & Straight There Delivery will generally attempt delivery only once. Any delivery adjustments are the customers responsibility (unless otherwise Any adjustments will show up as a partial debit to the card on file (less the restaurant's order purchase price).

If the order is delivered & the customer disputes receipt (saying that the order has not been received) ... when it is verified that the order has definately been recieved (genreally by a Fraud Prevention Delivery Unit) then SitNGet/Right Way Delivery has the right to process the order amount associated with the order (and in some instances when fraud is suspected, investigated and/or speculated, an additional fee for fraud/loss prevention mechanisms as an additional charge for the order.

any such fee may be accompanied by additional criminal investigations, theft deterrent actions and/or even criminal prosecution.
